- Free-website applications that are not selected are deleted within 3 months after the selection.
- General contact-form enquiries are deleted within 12 months after the last message, unless a client relationship is formed.
- Client-related data is kept for as long as necessary to provide services, fulfil contractual obligations and comply with legal requirements.
- AnalyticsWP data is stored in our website database and retained until it is manually deleted.
- Google Analytics user-level and event-level data is retained for up to 14 months.
- Technical logs are retained only for as long as needed for security, maintenance and troubleshooting purposes.
